Electronic manuals give you the flexibility to maneuver through sections quickly using hyperlinks or print the manual if needed. 

It’s very useful when employees work away from the office, especially if they are on location without Internet access or a way to connect to the company server.  The documentation can be project specific or contain general manuals and forms necessary to complete any job.
